The Facts Speak-Can We Save Our Fishery?
This presentation is ideal for a Fishing Club, a Government Group, an Industry Group, Fishing Association, or Symposium. It lasts about 30 minutes and shows, with statistics and charts, the state of the sportfishing catch each year for 1959 to 1999 (40years) for Southern California. This is broken down by species.
Only with this information can the next phase, which is cause and effect, be discussed intelligently.

24 June, 2006 As noted in my calendar below I spoke at the FIBer’s Fishing Club Thursday evening at 7:30 PM at the Vanguard University (So. Calif College) at Newport Blvd and Fair Drive across from the Orange County Fair Grounds. This is a laid back Christian Fishing Club that invites anyone to attend at any time. My talk was on Successful Sportfishing in So. Cal, Mexico, and Beyond. Drawing for a free Harbor Cruise on my boat and a few other goodies. I thought we had a good session and a lot of intelligent questions in the Q & A session afterwards. Next month’s speaker is John Grabowski who is captaining the Red Rooster this week on the trip my son is on. |
